My Journey
My Journey
This didn’t start as a business.
It started as a question.
What happens if you just keep going?
Not faster. Not further than anyone else. Just… consistently putting one foot in front of the other and seeing where it leads.
Over time, running became more than just running. It became a way of exploring — places, challenges, and, if I’m honest, myself as well. Some days that looks like a long trail in the middle of nowhere. Other days it’s a short session squeezed in around everything else life throws at you.
Because that’s the reality of it.
This isn’t about being elite. It’s about being curious. About figuring things out as you go. About getting things wrong, learning from it, and trying again.
There’s more to my story than running.
At one point, things weren’t as straightforward as they might seem now. I wrote about that in Losing My Addiction — a very different kind of journey, but one that has shaped how I approach challenges, setbacks, and the idea of moving forward.
Running didn’t fix everything. But it became part of the process.
And over time, it all started to connect.
TrailKube grew out of that.
Not just as a product, but as a place to share what actually helps — the training, the kit, the races, and the small things that make a big difference over time.
None of it is perfect. It’s all evolving.
But if you’re someone who’s looking at this world and thinking “maybe… could I?” — then you’re exactly where you need to be.
