Some days, you’ll spring out of bed at 5am, ready to smash your miles. Other days—most days, if we’re honest—you’ll feel tired, achy, or a bit low.
Here’s the thing: showing up anyway is what separates the dreamers from the finishers.
Whether it’s your first parkrun, a 50k ultra, or the TrailKube 2x1x24 Challenge, the same rule applies:
Decide once. Show up every time.
On my hardest training days, I remind myself that no medal ever gets handed out for “almost started.” Every step you take when you least feel like it makes the next one easier.
Because if you only train when you feel amazing, you’ll never be ready when things get tough.
